The No Sleep Podcast has adapted my short story “Fixed in Time” originally published in my Shadows Award winning collection Shadows on the Wall (IFWG Publishing). It is featured as the lead story in Season 19 Episode 23, produced by Phil Michalski, and acted by Ilana Charnelle and Rima Chaddha Mycynek.

The story was inspired by Shaun Tan’s B&W “twisted room” illustration which appears as the frontispiece to my collection. Swedish artist Thea Arnman created a new colour piece for the podcast based on my story with now knowledge of Shaun’s piece and it’s fascinating to see how similar they are.
